Delivery of purchases can be arranged to any address. You will need to provide the address your card is registered to, and a contact number to arrange a delivery time. All goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of order completion. This is only is a guideline and we aim to have it dispatched within 1 working day.
MDE Agri Parts uses a number of couriers, depending on the order size and delivery location. Therefore to ensure the most efficient service it is possible your order may arrive in separate parcels, however you will only pay one delivery charge. Customers from a country or area not shown in the delivery chart should contact us via email to work out the appropriate costs.
If you have chosen Click & Collect as your delivery method, we will be in contact to arrange a time of collection. Please do not arrive for collection until you have recieved a confirmation from us.
Delivery Charges:
Northern Ireland - £6.50 up to 10kg - after that it is £6.50 per 10kg
Republic of Ireland - £10 up to 10kg - after that it is £10 per 10kg
Mainland UK - £12.50 up to 10kg - after that it is £12.50 per 10kg

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your products or if they are faulty you may return them within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to let us know you are returning an item/s.
You will be given a full refund for the items returned via the method of payment you used when ordering the goods. Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 days to be processed by your bank. It is your responsibility to pay for postage of returning the items to us.
When posting the goods back to us we require you to use a reliable and insured delivery service with tracking. This ensures that the delivery will be received by us as we will not be able to refund any returns should they be lost.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a product please let us know as soon as possible. We cannot cancel the delivery after the item has been dispatched and with our couriers. Please do not refuse to accept a delivery as a way of cancellation. If an order is refused the goods will be returned to us by our couriers. A charge is still incurred for the return and will be ducted along with handling charges from the refund amount.
